Dolores Paris She is a researcher at the Department of Cultural Studies of El Colegio de la Frontera Norte and coordinator of the Observatory of Migration Legislation and Policy of that institution. He studied the Doctorate in Social Sciences with a specialty in Political Studies in flaccid, Mexico. His lines of research are: human rights, international migration, violence, inter-ethnic relations and racism. She is the author of the book Central American Violence and Migration in Mexico (El Colef, 2017), which received the Ibero-American Award from the Latin American Studies Association in 2019. He is part of the editorial board of the journals Latin American Perspectives and Frontiers.
