Fernando Manuel González González psychoanalyst, Ph.D. in Educational Science with a specialization in Institutional Analysis from the University of Paris, and senior researcher at the Institute for Social Research at the unam and a member emeritus of the National System of Researchers. Her work offers a critical analysis of the Catholic Church as an institution, addressing issues such as clerical pedophilia and secret societies in Mexico. Among her books are Marcial Maciel. The Legionaries of Christ (2006) and The Church of Silence: Of Martyrs and Pedophiles (2009).
