Esta colet\u00e2nea retoma a no\u00e7\u00e3o do obtuso para reavaliar o peso e a pot\u00eancia da imagem para a etnografia. Cada contribui\u00e7\u00e3o deste volume analisa a no\u00e7\u00e3o do obtuso para sondar as possibilidades etnogr\u00e1ficas da imagem considerada em suas express\u00f5es mais comuns, diversas e inesperadas.
