Essa condi\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 intimamente ligada \u00e0s nossas formas coletivas de pensar, sentir e agir no mundo; \u00e9 por essa raz\u00e3o que os espa\u00e7os p\u00fablicos que habitamos e pelos quais passamos em nosso cotidiano tornam-se constantemente cen\u00e1rios de disputa, n\u00e3o apenas em suas dimens\u00f5es territoriais, mas tamb\u00e9m simb\u00f3licas. Podemos dizer que o ato de intervir em um espa\u00e7o p\u00fablico \u00e9, por sua vez, uma luta para conquistar um lugar no pensamento coletivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A sele\u00e7\u00e3o de fotografias mostradas aqui exemplifica a maneira pela qual v\u00e1rios atores da sociedade civil reivindicam o espa\u00e7o p\u00fablico por meio de interven\u00e7\u00f5es f\u00edsicas e simb\u00f3licas que representam a dissid\u00eancia contra a ordem estabelecida das sociedades modernas. As t\u00e1ticas empregadas s\u00e3o m\u00faltiplas e v\u00e3o desde o grafite e a pintura de murais at\u00e9 o uso da tecnologia para projetar mensagens nas paredes, a representa\u00e7\u00e3o do corpo e a instala\u00e7\u00e3o de objetos em locais reapropriados de s\u00edmbolos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As interven\u00e7\u00f5es mostradas aqui transformam espa\u00e7os de poder em espa\u00e7os dissidentes, em alguns casos de forma fugaz, como a interven\u00e7\u00e3o com um projetor audiovisual no Pal\u00e1cio Nacional na Cidade do M\u00e9xico; em outros, reconfigurando usos e significados institucionalizados de forma transcendental, como no caso da Glorieta de las y los desaparecidos em Guadalajara. Algumas outras interven\u00e7\u00f5es se tornam rastros dissidentes que percorrem a cidade, como o est\u00eancil feminista em um ve\u00edculo de transporte p\u00fablico, enquanto outras se tornam memoriais que permanecem nas ruas, enfatizando a necessidade de justi\u00e7a. De qualquer forma, essas interven\u00e7\u00f5es transmitem as reivindica\u00e7\u00f5es negligenciadas de minorias geralmente estigmatizadas ou de grupos invis\u00edveis que exigem direitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De forma criativa, essas a\u00e7\u00f5es tendem a desconstruir os signos hegem\u00f4nicos de diferentes espa\u00e7os p\u00fablicos, emblemas oficiais, edif\u00edcios que simbolizam o poder das for\u00e7as governamentais e monumentos coloniais.
