Encartes continues to be an open access journal and is part of public projects and even of an interesting inter-institutional project of research centers. This counteracts the neoliberal tendency to charge for academic publications that has distorted the social meaning of scientific publication, as it seeks to replace academic networks based on the construction of shared interests and discussions, by the mediation of algorithms that make scientific knowledge a measure to condition scientific relevance with the criterion of consumption.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Charges or fees for authors Encartes journal does not charge monetary fees to authors for their contribution.
