In both academic efforts, most of the works deal with music as a popular urban and rural-urban expression that is highly mediatized, transnationalized, strongly linked to technological development and with an emphasis on its commercial expression. The social spaces of northern Mexico and the United States are the protagonists of most of the proposals and stage cross-border and transnational cultural flows, armed violence, creativity and innovation, and adaptation to the impacts of the global economy. We analyze the work of the artist Aldo Daniel Hern\u00e1ndez's \u201cFise\u201d, as an act of resistance of the mothers, members of the victims collective, as a struggle against oblivion and impunity, placing them in their context and analyzing the reactions of authorities and society. This approach is carried out with the theoretical framework of the sociology of art as applied by Salazar (2011) on murals of Ciudad Ju\u00e1rez, inspired by the original framework by Garc\u00eda Canclini (2006). It focuses on the process of organization for the creation of these artworks, the ideological framework that allowed the conditions for their creation, and the visual discursive strategies applied. It all depends on where, when and for who these stories are danced for. For the 17th Century missionaries, its first promoters, this dance was a way to instill and celebrate the arrival of a new religion. However, in the 19th Century, with the Independence, and the later victory of Juarez\u2019s army on the French, that vision of the defeated changed sides and with this, dances also changed.
